Job Summary
Plan and implement recreational, social, and therapeutic activities for residents while encouraging participation and monitoring progress. Coordinate special events, holiday celebrations, and outings to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Collaborate with the team and families to ensure programs align with residents' interests, fostering independence and autonomy. Work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9:00 to 5:00 in a supportive, compassionate environment focused on life enrichment.
