Job Summary
Activity Assistant to design, implement, and lead daily activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being for patients in post-acute rehabilitation. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to develop activities aligned with individualized treatment plans; facilitates exercise classes, group games, arts and crafts, and entertainment events; fosters socialization and community building among patients, families, and staff; maintains accurate records of activities and patient participation; ensures a safe and enjoyable environment for all patients and staff. High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical activities as needed; strong communication and interpersonal skills; 0 years of experience in the field.
