Job Summary
Lead and assist with group programs, 1:1 visits, and spontaneous engagement for Memory Care residents; create fun, purposeful experiences; assist during mealtimes alongside the Resident Assistant team; collaborate with the Life Enrichment Manager and support additional tasks as needed; part-time schedule of every other weekend, 1pm–4pm; suitable for candidates with experience in activities, caregiving, or senior living as helpful but not required; strong communication, warmth, patience, independence, and teamwork are valued.
