Job Summary
Develop and implement a well-rounded wellness program for Long Term Care, Memory Care, or Rehab patients as assigned, ensuring all local, State, and Federal guidelines regarding programming are met. Complete assessments, care plans, and associated paperwork timely while producing monthly calendars, newsletters, and other marketing materials using Microsoft Word and Publisher. Bring the "fun" to enhance the quality of life for residents through therapeutic activities that meet each patient's individual needs. Work weekends and/or holidays as required. This role supports NHC HealthCare Joplin's goal of maximizing patient well-being and independence through an interdisciplinary approach combining compassionate care with cost-effective services.
