Job Summary
Active Living Assistant responsible for developing and delivering activities for residents, collaborating with the Active Living Program Director to design programs for residents transitioning to Memory Care, delivering and leading activities, coordinating at least one family activity per month, and maintaining professional conduct and resident records. Requires confidentiality, effective communication, ability to observe and assist with ADLs, and participation in training. Experience in senior living preferred; 1–2 years of related experience (or equivalent) expected. Position offers full-time and part-time options with benefits and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required; College Degree or equivalent preferred.
- One to two years related experience, training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
