Activity Assistant - Memory Care - PT and FT Temp

As an Activity Assistant in Memory Care, you will work with the Engagement Director to create and run a variety of activities that support residents’ physical, intellectual, and emotional well-being. Responsibilities include planning and leading exercise programs, art projects, trips, spiritual gatherings, and events with speakers and music; connecting with residents to tailor experiences; organizing out-of-community trips and ensuring safety and happiness; fostering a warm, inclusive environment; keeping records of resident participation and feedback to improve programs; sharing creative ideas aligned with seniors’ interests; and supporting ongoing training and growth opportunities for the Engagement Team.
