Activity Assistant

Plan, organize, and facilitate group events, one-on-one sessions, and special celebrations to enrich residents' lives daily. Encourage participation and form meaningful relationships while assisting residents to and from activities to ensure safety and comfort. Track activity participation, record progress, and conduct assessments to meet state and federal guidelines. Support residents and teammates by stepping in wherever needed. This role requires a high school diploma and certification, with a focus on working with elderly and disabled individuals in a Texas long-term care facility.
