Job Summary
Organize, schedule, and facilitate social activities, excursions, and educational classes to enhance resident independence and quality of life. Develop, recruit, and manage community volunteers while promoting resident participation through clubs, games, art opportunities, and guest speakers. Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents, and guests by following established safety standards, and communicate effectively with families, visitors, and supervisors. Drive community vehicles as needed. Work full-time shifts at Ellore Senior Living, a premier community managed by Oakmont Management Group, offering medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Requires current Class C license with Passenger Endorsement
- Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
- Able to drive Community vehicles
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer one (1) year of experience coordinating or teaching activities with seniors
- prefer either a Class B or Class C license
