Activity Assistant

Organize and execute engaging programs, events, and entertainment that promote socialization, creativity, and physical well-being for residents. Communicate upcoming activities to encourage participation, tailor offerings to resident cognitive and physical abilities, and prepare activity spaces with necessary equipment and supplies. Facilitate individual and group activities including arts and crafts, games, music sessions, exercise routines, and social gatherings while documenting participation and outcomes. This role is ideal for someone with a creative mindset and a high school diploma or GED who enjoys working with people to enhance the quality of life of others in a supportive, long-term care environment.
