Job Summary
The Life Enrichment Assistant supports planning and execution of activities that enhance residents' social welfare and interests in a senior life connections community. Responsibilities include assisting the Life Enrichment Director with overall direction, planning, communication, and execution of activities, providing administrative support in the Life Enrichment department, ensuring resident safety, maintaining activity areas, assisting with transportation for outings, and upholding Employee Handbook standards. Requires ability to work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and with a team, and general computer proficiency; minimum 1–3 years related experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
