Job Summary
Provide therapeutic and diversional activities for residents in a long-term care setting, maintain and post activity calendars and communications (including patient mail), participate in resident events/outings, assist with decorating the center for seasons/holidays, maintain activity records, attend meetings and trainings, and support documentation and communications. Requires state or national certification and two years’ experience in a social/recreational program, plus strong English communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills; healthcare/long-term care experience preferred.
