Job Summary
Actively engage residents by hosting daily activities and interactive sessions; transport residents using the community vehicle as needed; educate and train team members on personalized activity opportunities; welcome residents to foster community, plan events, decorate common areas for special occasions; document activities with attendance and photographs; ensure compliance with residents’ rights; participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role
- degree in psychology or kinesiology preferred but not mandatory
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- strong communication skills
- tech-savvy: basic understanding of computer programs
