Job Summary
Activity Assistant role focused on enriching residents' lives through planning and facilitating group events, one-on-one sessions, and special celebrations. Responsibilities include leading engagement activities, building connections with residents, assisting with safe movement to/from activities, documenting participation and assessments to meet state and federal guidelines, and collaborating with the care team. Requires a high school diploma (state regulations may require certification), strong energy and creativity, excellent communication, and a passion for working with elderly and disabled individuals.
