Job Summary
Senior Living Activity Assistant plans and hosts daily activities for residents, transports using the community vehicle, educates and trains team members on personalized activity opportunities, welcomes new residents, plans and decorates for events, documents attendance and photos of activities, and ensures compliance with residents’ rights while pursuing ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role
- degree in psychology or kinesiology preferred but not mandatory
- valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- strong communication skills
- tech-savvy with basic computer programs
