Job Summary
Greet all residents at the start of each shift and review the monthly activity calendar to prepare necessary supplies. Encourage residents to attend scheduled programs by interacting with them throughout the day and helping plan future activities. Perform one-to-one assessments and complete required documentation as needed. Smile and foster positive relationships while getting to know the elderly population. This part-time role at Fair Oaks Health Care Center involves every other weekend shifts from 8:30am to 3:30pm or 3:30pm to 7:30pm, with some weekday availability.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years old or older
- Must enjoy getting to know and working with the elderly
- Must be positive and ability to spread smiles
- Every other weekend 8:30am to 3:30pm OR 3:30pm to 7:30pm. Also available 3:30pm to 7:30 pm some week days.
