Job Summary
Lead engagement activities for residents by planning, organizing, and facilitating group events, one-on-one sessions, and special celebrations. Build connections to ensure residents feel valued; assist with safe transport to and from activities; document participation and conduct assessments to meet state and federal guidelines; collaborate with the team to support residents and teammates. Requires a high school diploma with state certification; strong communication, creativity, energy, and a passion for working with elderly and disabled individuals; ability to perform tasks safely and meet physical demands. Located in Lubbock, TX with in-person work arrangement in a long-term care facility in Texas.
