Activity Assistant

Plan, develop, and prepare a variety of exercises, social, recreational, and educational events that engage all senses and meet state requirements. Conduct all transportation and medical transportation for residents while maintaining knowledge of local communities and services to incorporate into the activity schedule. Establish a warm, welcoming atmosphere for residents and staff, promote teamwork, and monitor or attend activities with other disciplines as necessary. Continually evaluate activity quality and consistency, making adjustments or corrections as needed. Provide support to the Program Director and implement daily resident activities.
