Job Summary
Plan and lead daily activities (games, crafts, music, exercise) for residents; support memory care programming designed for residents with cognitive impairments; provide one-on-one engagement; escort residents to activities; set up and clean up activity spaces; maintain activity supplies and calendars; document participation and resident responses; demonstrate compassion, patience, and upbeat demeanor; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays. High school diploma or equivalent is required; 1 year of experience with seniors/memory care is preferred.
