Job Summary
Senior Living Activity Assistant responsibilities include hosting daily activities and interactive sessions for residents, transporting residents using the community vehicle, educating and encouraging team members on personalized activity opportunities, welcoming residents at move-in, planning events and decorating common areas for holidays, documenting activities (attendance and photos), understanding and adhering to residents' rights regulations, and participating in training for continuous professional development. Requires 1+ year of related experience, valid driver's license, basic computer skills, and residency within TX for this location; a psychology or kinesiology degree is preferred but not mandatory. The role is full-time and located in Winnsboro, TX at Civitas Senior Living – AWAL community.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role
- valid driver’s license with clean driving record
