Activity Aide

Plan and implement resident activities to promote socialization and well-being; prepare materials, set up spaces, and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for residents. Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff through empathetic communication and active listening. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and address resident needs, preferences, and concerns. Maintain accurate records and reports related to resident activities and participation. Participate in training and education programs to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
