Job Summary
Provide recreational activities for patients, lead group activities, maintain records of patient activities and progress, collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care, and assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. The role involves developing and implementing personalized activity plans, organizing activities (e.g., bingo, board games, arts & crafts, exercise programs, social events), and supporting patients to enhance quality of life within a post-acute rehabilitation setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recreational therapy principles and practices
