Activity Aide

Develop and coordinate a monthly program of events for memory care residents, establishing contacts with community organizations, churches, and cultural groups to support program development. Recruit and manage volunteer opportunities while training staff and volunteers. Plan and execute community outings, lectures, and special events to foster an active resident lifestyle, utilizing one-on-one activities to meet individual client needs. Make marketing presentations for community outreach efforts and collaborate with marketing teams on event planning. Project a positive image of the organization with residents, co-workers, and the public. Requires at least two years of related experience and a college degree.
