Job Summary
Activity Aide in a Community-Base Residential Facility (CBRF) at Wellington Place Meadows in Fort Atkinson, WI assists with planning and facilitating activities for residents. Lead group and one-on-one programs (games, crafts, exercise, social events), align activities with care plans, monitor resident responses, ensure safety and a respectful environment, and document participation. The role involves collaboration with care staff and promoting residents’ physical, emotional, and social well-being. Compensation starts at $16.00/hour with benefits variations by status; part-time schedule typically 5 hours per day, Monday–Friday with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Must be16 years of age
- Speaks and understands English
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds consistently, occasionally over 50 pounds and spend long periods on feet
- Must pass a background check
