Job Summary
Coordinate and direct the residents' activity program by planning, organizing events, and facilitating both individual and group activities tailored to high and low functioning needs. Assist with scheduling beauty parlor and barber services, deliver resident mail daily, and provide one-on-one activities for bedfast residents while documenting progress. Support the Activity Director in preparing monthly calendars, generating the facility newsletter, and participating in community events and Residents' Council meetings. Assist residents to and from activities, including sliding, transferring, and carrying items up to 50 lbs.
