Greet and serve resort guests during their stay, assisting with arrival, check-in, and stays to enhance guest experiences; handle luggage and provide courteous, professional service; answer inquiries about resort amenities, services, policies, area attractions, dining, and directions; work independently or with others to manage guest needs and transitions between activities; maintain a professional appearance and adaptability to changing tasks in a high-demand hospitality environment; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds; background check and drug test may be required; benefits are offered for associates working 30+ hours per week.
Required Qualifications
