Job Summary
Create opportunities that enrich the mind, body, and spirit of residents and staff through the Generations Vitality program. Communicate the Vitality philosophy and its benefits verbally and by example while incorporating the company's Mission, Vision, and Values into daily interactions. Meet all Generations Vitality program standards and lead evening or weekend events as needed. Requires an associates degree in therapeutic recreation or health education, one year of experience with older adults, and current CPR certification. Full-time schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year related experience in activities and/or wellness with older adults
- Must be able to read, write and follow written and oral direction
- Current CPR certification, or to be completed within 30 days of hire
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree in therapeutic recreation, health education or activity professional program preferred
