Job Summary
Energetic and dependable Activities Team Member to plan, organize, and lead resort activities, games, crafts, tournaments, and special events for guests year-round. Engage with guests of all ages, promote upcoming activities via flyers and guest communications, assist with holiday celebrations and seasonal events, set up and maintain activity spaces, collaborate with resort management, and ensure excellent customer service and positive guest experiences. Weekend/holiday availability required; role involves outdoor work and potential lifting up to 30 pounds. Background check required. Required Qualifications
- Must pass background check
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to engage guests of all ages in a fun and professional manner
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable speaking to groups and leading activities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Weekend, holiday, and flexible schedule availability required
- Previous experience in hospitality, recreation, event planning, customer service, campground, RV resort, or entertainment environments is preferred but not required
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
