Activities Support Staff - Seasonal

As an Activities Support Staff member, assist in planning and facilitating social and recreational events of diverse sizes and purposes within the activities department, including dances, concerts, trivia, karaoke, luncheons, vendor shows, and more. Responsibilities include guest services (welcoming residents, answering phones, selling event tickets, helping with event sign-ups), front desk/office support (organizing the office, making copies), promotional support (creating and posting event flyers), and logistical support under the direction of an event manager (managing registrations, ticketing, and cashiering). Duties also cover setup and breakdown of venues, coordinating scheduling and inventory, gathering participant feedback, collaborating with staff and volunteers to ensure safety and inclusivity, and maintaining events within budget. Requires strong communication, ability to stand for long periods, problem-solving, attention to detail, teamwork, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Canva and related certifications are preferred or required within specified timelines.
