Job Summary
Plan, implement, and evaluate recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs based on resident assessments and care plans. Transport residents to medical appointments and planned outings while respecting their personal rights and property. Conduct assigned group or one-to-one activity programs, moving equipment to prepare activity areas and assisting residents during transitions. Develop the activity schedule with the Activity Director, distribute monthly calendars, and post regulatory updates. Maintain a tidy atmosphere by returning materials promptly and ensuring activity rooms are ready for scheduled programs.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years' experience in related position
- experience in healthcare environment
- Aptitude for and/or some training in arts and crafts
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Must have a clean driving record
- Must pass a 10-panel drug test
