Job Summary
ADL Specialist provides pediatric rehabilitation support under supervision, assisting with activities of daily living, range of motion exercises, patient transfers, splint application, developmental/educational activities, and collaboration with therapy/education teams. Responsibilities include assisting with patient care, supporting therapists/nurses/teachers with duties, maintaining equipment, and contributing to documentation and ongoing learning. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; safety-sensitive role with pediatric focus in Bethany, OK.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years in childcare or healthcare preferred
