Job Summary
Lead and manage the efficient operation of all activities across Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim, and Families departments within your David Lloyd Club. Act as Duty Manager, overseeing the entire club's service delivery and leading recruitment, training, and team empowerment to ensure an exceptional member experience. Manage financial planning and support the creation of an inclusive culture where teams thrive. This role requires experience in large operational facilities and strong communication skills. Required Qualifications
- Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility)
- Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts
- Overall great communication and collaboration skills
- Experience of financial planning and management
- A passion about customer service
