Plan, organize, and lead a variety of activities and programs for residents (arts and crafts, games, social events); develop and implement individualized activity plans to meet residents' unique needs and interests; collaborate with the healthcare team to design activities promoting physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being; provide one-on-one and group activities including outings; maintain accurate records and reports of participation; participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance residents' experiences and outcomes; require ability to lift/pull objects up to 50 pounds; prior healthcare or senior living activity experience preferred; Le Roy, New York location.
