Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and lead daily recreational, sports, wellness, and entertainment activities for guests of all ages while maintaining safety and luxury hospitality standards. Organize special events, themed evenings, beach games, and tournaments, ensuring all equipment is prepared, maintained, and stored after use. Engage guests to maximize participation by promoting activities and monitoring feedback to enhance offerings based on seasonal trends. Maintain accurate participation records, report operational issues, and collaborate with Entertainment, Recreation, Sports, and Guest Services teams. Work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required. Fluency in English is essential, with Caribbean resort experience and first aid knowledge highly desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in recreation, entertainment, activities, guest engagement, or a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and confident personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ability to engage with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to lead multiple activities throughout the day
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new and engaging guest activity programs
- Fluency in English
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays based on the resort's operational requirements
Desired Qualifications

- Knowledge of basic first aid and health & safety practices
