Job Summary
Lead and participate in activity programs, supervise guests with crafts and games, and oversee inflatables at the lake. Create weekly activity and staff schedules, prepare branded experiences, and maintain recreational facilities and equipment. Perform cash and credit transactions using the point-of-sale system while ensuring a safe, clean environment. Dress in character costumes to escort co-workers and decorate the park to the theme of the week. This seasonal role reports to the Assistant General Manager and requires weekend and holiday hours.
Required Qualifications
- Weekend & holiday hours are required
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through both verbal and written venues
- Current certifications in First Aid/CPR and AED or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Possess excellent organization skills, as well as the ability to manage and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills, additions, subtraction, multiply and divide, calculate percentages, discounts, and count money
- Possess exceptional guest relations skills
- Willingness to dress in the character mascot costumes
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
