Job Summary
Seasonal Activities Support Staff to assist in planning and executing events including concerts, dances, happy hours, trivia nights, luncheons, vendor shows, and more. Responsibilities include setup and breakdown of venues (chairs, tables, stages, AV equipment), guest services and cashiering, registrations and ticketing, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Cross-train to fill other roles within the department (cashier, bar back, take tickets, serve food for banquets). Requires strong interpersonal skills, physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. AZ Safe Food Handler Certificate and Title 4 Alcohol Certification (or within 15 days of hire) are required.
Required Qualifications
