Job Summary
Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct the activity programs of the facility. Develop and administer policies and procedures; stay current with federal/state regulations; coordinate with departments and community services; participate in discharge planning and resident care planning; arrange transportation; refer residents to social services; provide staff consultation; supervise and collaborate with medical staff and consultants; maintain records and ensure compliance; coordinate QA and infection-control-related tasks; participate in facility surveys and implement action plans to improve activity services; communicate policies to employees, residents, families, and government agencies; involve residents/families in planning objectives and goals; stay informed on economic conditions to adjust activity programs accordingly. Benefits include medical, dental, 401K, and vision. Salary range $28.00-$30.00 per hour. Location: Greeley, CO, USA.
