Job Summary
Lead engaging and meaningful activity programs for residents, plan, organize, and implement activities (movies, parties, games, crafts, outings) at least one month in advance, collaborate with nursing to align with orders, coordinate resident council meetings, maintain documentation in PCC, and ensure regulatory compliance while enhancing residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Activity Director Certified (ADC) through the National Certification Council for Activity Professionals (NCCAP) OR a minimum of five (5) years of experience directing activities in a long-term care setting
