Job Summary
Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct the activity programs of the facility. Coordinate with departments, develop and implement policies, review regulations and standards, assist in discharge planning, arrange transportation, involve residents and families, provide consultation, and maintain documentation. Requires license/certification for Activities Director and full-time work in a healthcare setting; includes collaboration with medical staff and administration to ensure compliant, high-quality activity services within the Centerplace facility in Greeley, CO.
