Job Summary
Lead and direct the activities staff and coordinate programs for residents in skilled nursing and assisted living. Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate activities according to resident plan of care goals; maintain documentation including quarterly progress notes and MDS profile. Collaborate with the Director of Nursing, Social Services and other staff to meet residents’ social, physical, mental, and spiritual needs; monitor events to encourage participation and life enrichment; ensure confidentiality and residents’ rights. Requires ADC certification, NCCAP standards, and experience with older adults; prior long-term care experience preferred; Point Click Care experience is a plus.
