Job Summary
Lead the activities program for residents, designing and delivering recreational and therapeutic activities; recruit/train/supervise activity staff and volunteers; collaborate with the care team to address residents’ needs; plan and execute events (birthdays, holidays, outings); track participation and outcomes; manage the activities budget and ensure regulatory compliance; drive quality-improvement initiatives to maintain a positive, professional environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a related field (senior living, recreation therapy, or a related field)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for working with seniors and creating meaningful experiences
