Job Summary
Plan and lead daily programs, special events, and community trips to enhance resident lifestyles while fostering partnerships with sales, marketing, and external organizations. Develop opportunities for cross-departmental staff to lead initiatives and manage the resident ambassador program. Create and distribute monthly event calendars and newsletters, maintain digital signage and seasonal décor, and oversee department equipment and budgets. Supervise staff, hire and mentor employees, and document all records in compliance with brand standards. Organize trips to connect residents with the greater community and promote the lifestyle through active social media.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- one to two years related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have experience leading small or large group events
- Acceptable fluency in English
- Must be competent with computer applications including Microsoft Suite, Outlook Email, Online learning portals, and Social Media
- Must be able to drive an automobile
- Must be able to manage or supervise associates
