Job Summary
Develop the community's activity program by creating programming for individuals with varied abilities and interests while supervising activity staff. Lead the development and implementation of strategic goals, adapting quickly to changes and influencing others positively. Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations while working with the elderly in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Requires current Activities Director Certification and CNA license. Full-time 8-hour shifts.
Required Qualifications

- Current CNA license
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPPA regulations
- Desire to work with the elderly
- Experience developing and implementing Activities Program in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Strong organizational and computer skills
