Job Summary
Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Activity Department in accordance with federal, state, local standards, guidelines, regulations, and established policies and procedures. Serve as a resident and family-focused team builder to assist in building facility culture. Must hold a Certified Activity Director certification for LTC/SNF. Previous nursing home experience and supervisory experience are preferred. New grads and walk-ins are welcome daily. Desired Qualifications
