Job Summary
Plan and execute daily, weekly, and seasonal activities including holiday celebrations, themed events, tournaments, crafts, bingo, and movie nights. Promote events through flyers, social media, and guest communication while building relationships to encourage participation. Coordinate all activities, manage inventory within budget, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment. Collaborate with resort departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, event planning, public recreation, or resort ops
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills
- Outgoing, positive personality
- Highly organized
- Capable of multitasking
- Comfortable speaking in front of large groups
- Proficient using Microsoft Office tools
- Valid driver's license
- Flexible schedule to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and peak holiday periods
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working specifically within an RV park or campground environment
- First Aid and CPR certification
