Job Summary
Activities Coordinator at Quality Life Adult Day Health (Sevita family) in West Springfield, MA. Plan and lead group and individual recreational activities based on interests and abilities; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create meaningful, person-centered programs; provide guidance and support to staff on activity delivery and engagement techniques; ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals served; maintain curriculum binders with age-appropriate, engaging activities. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of experience with developmental disabilities, bilingual Spanish, valid driver’s license, and is a full-time, Monday–Friday day-shift role with no evenings or weekends. Required Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license with clear driving record
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Must be bilingual in Spanish
