Job Summary
The Activity Supervisor coordinates and oversees the Activities program for residents in a senior living community. Plans, implements, and maintains a multi-faceted daily/monthly calendar of programs and events appropriate for all care levels, collaborates with Activities staff and external partners, and transports residents to activities. Requires energetic, personable, and creative engagement with residents; strong communication and empathetic listening. Ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification, a valid driver’s license, and experience in small group socialization and creative programming for older adults; prior experience in managing staff and volunteers is preferred. The role supports resident independence and fulfillment through partnership-building and community involvement, within an equal opportunity employer context.
