Job Summary

The role focuses on planning, organizing, and facilitating activities, events, and programs for guests and residents at Sun Outdoors resorts/communities. Responsibilities include creating and attending activities (picnics, sports, dances, dinners), setting up/cleaning after events, leading and supporting team members, maintaining an activity calendar within budget, coordinating invoices and payments, producing newsletters, organizing fundraising for the department, purchasing supplies, and maintaining inventory and equipment. Strong planning, multitasking, and communication skills; ability to work independently or with a team; negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships; valid driver’s license; and High School Diploma or GED are required. Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Ability to work well independently as well as on a team
  • Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email and the internet

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate prices/contracts on behalf of the resort
  • Strong organization skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license
