Activities Coordinator (Life Enrichment) - Memory Care

Lead high-quality innovative programs in Memory Care, personally directing a minimum of 5-7 activities daily while planning, coordinating, and evaluating resident participation. Implement and oversee the six unique pillars of the Embrace philosophy across wellness, enrichment, creativity, connection, challenge, and teamwork. Provide daily operational oversight in partnership with the Memory Care Director and Health and Wellness team, while delivering education and hands-on support to community staff. Maintain compliance with community policies and state regulations to ensure resident, family, and staff satisfaction within a fiscally responsible framework. This role requires an Associate's degree in Social Work, Recreation Therapy, or Psychology, with 1-3+ years of experience in Alzheimer's/Dementia care and senior programming.
