Job Summary

Provide a varied range of social activities suitable for residents, tailoring each to their physical, mental needs, and abilities, including those with dementia. Get to know residents as individuals and involve them in activity development while maintaining their choice to participate. Develop positive relationships with residents using their life stories and interests to create personally meaningful engagements. Work in partnership with staff and volunteers, motivating and supporting them throughout involvement. Plan and obtain all needed supplies for each activity, ensuring smooth execution and swift handling of concerns. Maintain up-to-date records of resident involvement and past and planned activities.
