Job Summary
Develop and implement activity programs and service plans for residents; plan and schedule social activities for residents (including senior residents); collaborate with management to create engaging enrichment activities; monitor and manage activity program equipment, materials, and supplies; ensure compliance with state, federal, and local laws while designing activity programs; requires high school education or equivalent, CPR/first aid preferred, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license with insurance. The role is full-time and located in Dickinson, ND with in-person work expectations. Required Qualifications
- High school education or the equivalent
- CPR licensed and first aid training preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to relate to a diverse group of people
- Internally driven to help others and provide solutions
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
- Valid driver's license and insurance required
